In 1997, Demetree Global acquired land off of Interstate 4 on Lake Destiny Drive. In 2015, Tesla signed an eight-year, land-lease to build their 33,750 SF dealership. Tesla is not just an automaker, but also a technology and design company with a focus on energy innovation.
