Premier office building to undergo improvements in desirable market
WINTER PARK, Fla. (Oct. 3, 2018) – Demetree Global, building owner of 1560 North, has selected Foundry Commercial as the exclusive leasing agent for its prominent eight-story, 102,651 square-foot Class A office building in Winter Park. Foundry Commercial’s Paul Reynolds and Gabriel De Jesus will act as the leasing agents for the building, which currently has 28,472 square feet available for lease.
Located at the corner of Orange Avenue and 17-92, the office building has the highly desired Winter Park address with easy access to I-4, close proximity to executive housing and downtown Orlando, is only five minutes from the vibrant Park Avenue area, and is walking distance from numerous dining and retail amenities.
In addition to its idyllic location, planned capital improvements for 1560 North will soon be underway. The building improvements will include a renovated lobby, common corridors, and restrooms.
Current onsite amenities at 1560 North include an abundance of parking, onsite storage and an onsite fitness center. Building and signage opportunities are also available.
“This is a smart project that will refresh what has always been one of the most desirable office locations in Winter Park, so we’re looking forward to working with Foundry Commercial,” said Mary Demetree, CEO, Demetree Global.
“We are very excited to partner with Demetree Global to market and lease 1560 North,” said Reynolds. “The owner’s commitment to the project’s success is evident with the significant renovations that will soon be underway. Together with the city’s master plan for the Orange Avenue corridor and Demetree’s redevelopment aspirations for that intersection, this building offers excellent leasing availabilities in one of central Florida’s most desirable markets.”
In addition to 1560 North, Demetree Global owns several additional parcels around that intersection and hopes to transform this gateway entrance into the city of Winter Park from Orlando.
Demetree Global is currently working on three other development/redevelopment projects: 20,686 square-feet of retail in Tallahassee, a 54-acre mixed-use redevelopment in Orlando to include student housing and retail; and a 197,642 square-foot office building in Coral Gables.
