Congratulations to Mary Demetree who was named 2012 Business Owner of the Year by the Orlando Business Journal in its 14th Annual Women Who Mean Business Awards celebration! Central Florida has plenty of intelligent, adroit businesswomen who, despite the slow economy that has lingered here for the past few years, continue to flourish. These women who were chosen not only have done well in business, but also volunteer at many local charities making the region a better place for all of us.
In addition to being named Business Owner of the Year, as President and Owner of Demetree Real Estate Services, Inc., Mary Demetree has also immersed herself in community involvement; from being on boards and committees of organizations such as Boys Town of Central Florida and the Central Florida Partnership.
