Bill’s journey with Demetree Global spans over a decade, during which he has played a pivotal role in the company's growth and strategic direction. As a valued member of our Board of Directors, Bill brings wisdom, insight, and a relentless commitment to excellence to the table. Thriving on collaboration, he works hand-in-hand with the Demetree family and team to navigate challenges, explore new opportunities, and find innovative solutions that align with achieving our company's goals.

A typical day in Bill's life is a testament to his passion and dedication. From early mornings to late nights, he approaches each day with gratitude and enthusiasm, cherishing every moment spent in service of his clients and community. Outside of work, Bill is a kid-at-heart, finding joy in family outings at Disney and casting lines in the waters off the Keys of Florida. His commitment to service extends beyond his professional endeavors, as he dedicates his personal time to serving on the boards of various community organizations, including Junior Achievement, Advent Health, St. Luke’s Lutheran Church and School, and engaging in other charitable activities.

One of Bill’s proudest achievements is co-founding Shuffield, Lowman & Wilson, P.A. over two decades ago. Alongside his colleagues Charlie Shuffield and Lynne Wilson, Bill took a leap of faith, marking the beginning of a journey characterized by exceptional legal work and unwavering dedication to the firm's core values. In his own words, Bill sees his role as a conduit to help his clients make informed decisions, guided by clear communication and a steadfast focus on their needs.

Looking to the future, Bill’s aspirations are deeply rooted in his commitment to giving back. From counseling families to mentoring young lawyers, he sees each day as an opportunity to extend a helping hand and share his blessings with others.
