New Tenant - Mochinut: A Fusion Treat Coming to UCF's Collegiate Village

Mochinut, the latest addition to Demtree Global’s Collegiate Village at UCF's entrance, is already causing excitement among food enthusiasts.

But what exactly is a mochinut? Originating from Hawaii, it's a unique fusion of American doughnuts and Japanese mochi. Made with rice flour, these donuts boast a stretchy, chewy texture that sets them apart from traditional yeast or cake donuts. Each bite offers a sticky addictiveness that keeps you coming back for more.

The signature feature of Mochinut's donuts is their unique shape – a connected circle of 8 dough balls. However, their appeal doesn't stop there. The menu extends to include Hawaiian-style hot dogs, a variety of coffees and teas, and an assortment of ice cream flavors, totaling a dozen varieties.
